About Us
For almost one hundred years, M. Bakker Holding b.v. has supplied an extensive range of wooden products, which are produced by a group of more than 110 highly-motivated craftsmen.
Our products are tailor-made using wood that has been grown using sustainable methods, meaning the wood is grown in so-called production forests in Scandinavia. The manufactured products are distributed throughout the whole of The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany using our own fleet of lorries.
The Bakker Holding manufacture wooden packaging, displays, boxes and pallets. In 1914, the company was founded under the name of ' M. Bakker en Zn', as a supplier of packaging material to bulb growers.
As the company grew, both Matze and ELKA Kistenfabiek were absorbed into the holding. Gradually, the number of customers grew as the number of bulb-related products increased, e.g. plant feed, seeds, dried and artificial flowers. We produce a variety of products that are sold to customers throughout Europe. And trough the supply to many export companies you will find our products all over the world!
